2018 Winter Play Performances
Audiences were treated to the theatrical talents of our Middle and Upper School students this week when the Performing Arts Department presented its annual winter plays, The Haunting of Chip Lake Lodge (Middle School) and 16: In 10 Minutes or Less (Upper School). The final performances will be held tonight in Little Ferguson Theater. Hooray Sunray to the cast and crew! Stay tuned for photos.

Hooray Sunray to Hope C. Note from the EWSPA President
"As Mother Nature continues to share her cold sense of humor here in Simsbury, she cannot hinder the warmth of the spirit behind Walker's doors. Living close by campus, I'm fortunate to have the opportunity to walk the halls of Walker's often. I love hearing the playful laughter of your daughters, listening as teachers inspire and challenge our girls in the classroom and the support that's felt from all within the Walker's community..."

From the College Counseling Office
Class of 2019: We hope you enjoyed the Junior College program for students and parents this past Saturday. If you were not able to attend, we mailed home the information we distributed. If you haven't had a chance to speak with us about your daughter's college search and application process, please feel free to contact us as we are eager to get your input (Clarissa BaschNikki Manderlink).

As we near spring break, we are encouraging students to take this opportunity to visit colleges. Most colleges post their tour and information sessions online, making it easy to plan your trip. In seminar students are conducting college searches to identify colleges that could be a good fit, so if you need some suggestions, your daughter should have some! We are also adding our suggestions to students' lists.
