Your Annual Fund Dollars At Work

The Ridgefield Academy Annual Fund allows our students to continue to benefit from the many opportunities at RA to learn, grow and challenge themselves. Mo Carleton, RA's Director of Development will be writing a monthly piece entitled Your Annual Fund Dollars at Work. This will give our community examples of how all annual fund gifts are put into immediate action to provide support to RA's programs, indoor and outdoor learning spaces, and the talented faculty who inspire our students to become capable learners. Please read Mo's first edition of Your Annual Fund Dollars at Work here!

Calling All Siblings!

Ridgefield Academy and Landmark Preschool is warmly inviting all families with younger siblings, or siblings who do not presently attend either school, to apply now for the 2019-2020 school year. News from The Center

Exciting things are happening in The Center!
Ridgefield Academy's new robotics team competed in a local qualifying competition held in Ridgefield on Saturday, November 17. For their first competition – and with limited time to prepare – they placed fifth out of 20 teams, falling one spot short of moving on to the state championships. The team did very well working on some last minute competition pieces during the meet and earned praise from other teams for their relatively simply robot that could do as much as it did. Way to go Patriots! We can't see what the team can do when given another chance to compete!

Center Podcast
Ridgefield Academy's Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning has a new podcast called "We RA Learning Community" that invites listeners to hear student perspectives on what they are learning in their classes. The first two episodes have been published, and several more are in editing.
