The Waynflete Fund is our annual fundraising priority that helps create incredible opportunities for our students every day. We ask our entire community to come together in support of our school each year, and we are sincerely grateful to everyone who has already donated. Health Forms Due by June 20
It is time to update your child's information in Magnus, our healthcare portal. Parents should have received an email with details about how to log in and what is required. Click here for detailed instructions. Please note: students may not participate in any Waynflete activities including attending class, physical education, athletics, preseason practices, LEAP Week (for Middle School students), or Outdoor Experience (for Upper School students) until all required forms are completed and submitted to the school.

Full Fun Days June 6 and 7
Thursday and Friday following the last day of school, Full Fun Days are open to students in EC through Grade 6. Register online under Enrichment/Afterschool.

Gear Store (last day) hours: Monday, June 3 - 2:45–3:45 p.m.
Don’t forget to honor your graduate or support the student in your life by visiting the Gear Store. We have Waynflete pennants, water bottles, mugs, sweatshirts, and more–all perfect items to show off your Waynflete pride. The Gear Store is open Monday, June 3 from 2:45-3:45 or by appointment at

Please Claim Your Belongings Before Break - Remaining Lost & Found Items Will be Donated
Please encourage your child to look for lost belongings. We also invite parents to stop by campus to take a look as well.

4-5 Play Performance on June 4
On Tuesday, June 4, Grade 4-5 students will perform their end-of-year play in Franklin Theater at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Each performance will last about an hour and parents are invited to attend.

Last-Day-of-School Lower School Family Picnic on June 5
Lower School families are invited to attend a picnic on the last day of school, Wednesday, June 5, at the East End Playground and Park. We will begin as soon as people arrive after dismissal (around 12:30 p.m.). Contact your Class Parent if you have any questions.

June 5 Last Day of School: Afterschool will join picnic
The Afterschool Owls and Sandpipers programs will join families at the East End Playground from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m. Parents should pick up their child from the East End Playground and must provide a signature to sign out them from their Afterschool teacher when “checking out,” or taking over supervision of their child at the park.

Sixth Grade Museum is OPEN Tomorrow!
The sixth grade museum project is open to family and friends tomorrow, May 31 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Please read the letter from grade 6 advisors with details about drop off/pick up times, packing list, etc.

Last 3 Days in Middle School

  • Monday, June 3 - last day of academic classes. Students will participate in a mini-class schedule and return iPads. 
  • Tuesday, June 4 - class picnics, rain or shine!
  • Wednesday, June 5 - eighth grade Goodbye Assembly, celebration, and farewells!

FleteCard Collection
In the Middle School, students will be asked to return their keycards (FleteCards) to advisors on the morning of Tuesday, June 4. They will not need their keycards for class picnics or the morning of June 5. If they do not have a keycard to turn in on June 4, they will be charged for a new keycard for September.

Senior Project Presentations on Friday, May 31

Prom is Saturday June 1
Prom attendees will enjoy a wonderful evening from 8:30–11:30 p.m. at the Falmouth Country Club (1 Congressional Drive, Falmouth). Tickets for this event are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Upper School students may attend in pairs, groups, or individually. Attire is semi-formal. Click here for details. 

Class of 2019 Year-End Events
Congratulations to our Seniors! Baccalaureate takes place on campus on Thursday, June 6 and is for seniors and their immediate family members. Commencement is Friday, June 7 at 4:00 p.m. All are invited to Merrill Auditorium to celebrate the senior class.

Commencement Information for Senior Parents
Parking and shuttle reminder: Waynflete is offering free ten-minute shuttles from campus to Merrill Auditorium starting at 2:25 p.m., leaving every 10-15 minutes until 3:50 p.m. Shuttles are available to faculty, staff, family, and friends and leave from behind Thomas House. The first return bus leaves for Waynflete five minutes after the conclusion of Commencement, with shuttles departing every 6-12 minutes for as long as needed. View the detailed schedule.

If you need to arrange for special parking for guests at Commencement, please contact Melissa Fox to request a parking pass for a spot outside Merrill Auditorium.

Spring Varsity Sports Recognition Gathering on June 10
Coaches, athletes, and parents celebrate the spring season on Monday, June 10 at 4:00 p.m. in Franklin Theater. 
Dress for this event can be casual team gear since it is an afternoon event and some athletes might be coming straight from practices.
